This Privacy Policy explains how The Anxiety Reset ("we", "us") collects and uses your information when you visit our website or download our products.

1. Information we collect

Email address — when you request our free pack or make a purchase.
Order & billing data — processed by our reseller Lemon Squeezy (we do not see or store your card details).
Usage data & cookies — pages visited, device/browser info, and interactions, collected via analytics and advertising tools (only with your consent).

2. How and why we use your information

To deliver the free pack and your purchased products.
To process orders and issue receipts (via Lemon Squeezy).
To send you related emails and updates you've opted into (you can unsubscribe anytime).
To measure website and ad performance and improve our offering.

3. Payments & Merchant of Record

Payments and order fulfilment are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. When you buy, Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record, processes your payment, handles applicable taxes, and sends your receipt and download link. Their handling of your data is governed by the Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy.

4. Third parties we share data with

Lemon Squeezy — payments, billing, product delivery and email.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel — ad measurement and retargeting (with consent).
Google Analytics — anonymous traffic statistics (with consent).
Microsoft Clarity — anonymous heatmaps and session analytics (with consent).

These providers act as data processors and process data according to their own privacy policies.

5. How long we keep your data

Order & billing records: retained by Lemon Squeezy as required by law.
Email: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Analytics cookies: per Google/Meta policies (typically up to 24 months).

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU/UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these, email support@theanxietyreset.online. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
